years experience, I specialise in the application
of technology to architecture, building design and construction. Outlined
below is a summary of the services that can be provided to clients.

Project Types:
Project Development:
 | Gather and organise technical information for your project. |
| Preparation of measured surveys. |
| Examine technical information. |
| Examine all factors affecting the
project (i.e. building surveys, site surveys, regulatory
requirements, user needs, etc.). |
| Monitor health and safety with respect to the design. |
| Preparation of regulatory applications. |
The Design Process:
| Preparation of design proposals using CAD and co-ordination of detailed
design information. |
| Preparing drawings, plans and all the necessary documents for
submission to the Local Authority for both planning and building regulations.
Also helping clients with any other permissions that may
be required (for example listed buildings, conservation areas, etc). |
| Preparation of specifications for the construction work. |
Project Management:
| Visiting the project site, attending design and site meetings. |
| Preparation of documents. |
| Obtaining tenders for construction work. |
| Liaising with members of the design and construction teams, and providing
professional technical guidance.
